Lucas and his team (4 total) spent a few hours at our property and were extremely thorough! The whole team was pleasant, professional and proficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The best $625 I could spend to have peace of mind and a 67 page report emailed to us the same day with recommendations to fix, repair or considerations/advice and tips.
