Tyler and his crew provided a very thorough an knowledgeable inspection for a 27 year old home in SE Calgary we were purchasing. Beyond the technical capability he was able to offer a highly valued personal approach and advice on the issues without making it feel like the home was defective over minor issues like my previous experiences with other inspectors. They were very very accommodating on schedule and we would certainly use Twenty20 again!!
