Great job. I love my new windows and I would definitely recommend Weather Pro. Very professional company and easy to work with.

We have been very pleased with the windows. It took longer to receive them this time but they were very accommodating when they did come in. I have recommended them to three other clients.

My experience with weather-pro has been a bad one to say the least. Ive experienced complete incompetence from their office/management team and wouldnt recommend them whatsoever. Im now out an entire work week and the fee from the landfill for all the construction debris.

I found them via google and they seemed to have ok reviews so I went forward for the replacement of my patio door. On my first installation appointment I was no-showed and had to call many times to even get an answer as to why and how they planned to remedy the situation as Id driven home from work in Alberta for this appointment. Ive been working a province away for the month and made special arrangements to be home for my door installation. I was told they would be here between 2-4pm. The time came and went. I called at 430 (within business hours) to see if maybe they were just running behind. Got no answer at the office. Called the salesman who sold me the door couldnt get an answer as well. I left 3 messages that evening hoping to see what was up to no response. Frustrated I decided Ill call in the morning.

I got busy but expected a phone call that morning returning my messages but received nothing. I called their office again and got an answer at 1030 that morning. I found out they also had no idea their technician no showed my job. At 12 I find out he was sick. They take till 3:30pm that day to reschedule with a new team later that week so I had to remain in town, away from work for 5 days now just to see this job through.

The installers come and do a great job. Very competent at what they do and Im happy with the workmanship.

As theyre leaving they tell me weather-pro will be sending someone to come get the old door and construction debris from my home the following day. It has now been 4 days and the garbage is still here against my house and Ive received no communication from weather-pro as to their intentions.

I get it. Stuff happens and people get sick. Not the biggest deal but I the customer had to call countless times and nag just to find out what the situation was. At the end of it all I figure they may take off 100$ or something on a 6500$ job to possibly show some good will after having wasted all this time. This never happened and they fought me on any kind of discount saying it will come from the installers portion if they do that and Im not about to take money from hard working blue collar guys who werent the problem to begin with.

All in all I paid a premium full price for a job that was terribly executed and am now also left with the landfill bill for all of the construction mess/old door which I was assured they were coming to get.

Quality service from start to finish! Bob was very informative in presenting the window and door options to us. He listened to our needs and came up with ideal solutions. We appreciated that he brought samples of the window construction and casings, so we could envision the new windows throughout our home. On Installation day(s), Tom and Vlad worked non-stop to provide us with the best fit and finish possible. We love our new Weather Pro windows. Thanks to the entire team for an outstanding experience!

I will never recommend this company. Ian came to my home for a estimate/quote. All seemed fine. I paid $1800 down payment and was told it would take a few months no problem. I had every intention of going through with the project. That is until I dealt with the office staff. Very unprofessional. Giggling through the conversation. Asked when I would be available for final measurements but as my date I said they said they werent available. I asked when they were available and was told each time it would be when I wasnt available. That they would only come up to Airdrie in the evenings. I work afternoons. This went on got a while. I realized that dealing with WeatherPro was dealing with a brick wall. I contacted Ian and told him what I was dealing with thinking that he would fix the problem with the office staff or a least contact me back. NOTHING!! I asked for my down payment returned and heard nothing. I decided to see how long it would be if I heard back from them if ever. Well 6 months has passed and finally I got a call. I called back to find out yes the contract has been canceled but I would not be refunded my down payment as it was past a 10 day grace period after signing the contract. Like I said before I had every intention of having the windows installed if not for the office staff. They are the reason I wanted to cancel and they are the reason I was past the 10 day grace period. I am so disappointed how the office staff has dealt with my issues and very disappointed in Ian for not responding when I was having issues with the office staff.
Very unprofessional and lazy. Im thankful I never went further with them as any problems are not dealt with. I think I should be refunded as it was the fault of the office staff not me

The window we ordered to replace the old living room window is better than we expected. The installation by Tom and Vlad was five star, both installers were professional in all respects and if we were to replace other windows we would not hesitate to call Weather Pro and would request Tom and Vlad as installers. Very impressed!

Run from this company. Installers were incompetent. No protection of the exterior envelope was used. No drip caps were installed. Stucco repairs are a joke. caulking was amateurist at best.

Company is making no effort to resolve the issues. Phone calls are not returned. Meetings are missed. The one time I talked to the service department, the response to my concerns were - let's go to court.

It took some time to receive the windows but the installation went smoothly. Installers were courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. We are pleased with the quality of the windows.

We needed to replace our original 20+ years old front door and 3 windows upstairs that were builder grade and not energy efficient based on the condensation issues every winter. We received the estimate in October 2021 and the installation was completed March 2022. The installation team was professional and hard working. They were courteous with using covers over the flooring inside our townhouse. After the new items were installed, they swept and vacuumed the debris in the 3 rooms. They arrived before the scheduled time and completed all the work with no issues. They also took the old door and windows and demo material with them for disposal. We are extremely happy and satisfied with our new door and tripled paned windows. They look amazing. Will be planning to replace the remaining windows in the near future also with WeatherPro.
