Weather Pro Windows And Doors

Although there was an original misunderstanding, Weather Pro came through with the casings that were originally discussed. They came in, removed the MDF, and reinstalled vinyl casings. I am happy they came through with the original discussion and the windows and finished product is good.

i approached weather pro windows on replacing all the windows in our house and they came in with an exceptable price to replace the old windows. I liked the profile of their window and the insulating factor of the composition of the windows. the install went well, up until i noticed a few months later that one of the windows in the basement had a broken track. so when you went to open it it may fall out of place. i contacted the head office and emailed in pictures of the window and the issue to them expecting them to make a attempt to deal with the problem. some 9 months later i am still waiting and calling them to try to get this resolved with no satisfaction at all. we are being totally ignored on the issue of getting this window repaired. for this purpose i will not recommend them to any one. my belief is if you sell a product stand behind it. Not happy at all.

I had 3 windows on Friday, July 12, 2019. The two installers Val and the other young guy were a joy to have in my home.
They were very professional and respectful. I appreciated they put tarps down to minimize cleaning and debris. Weather Pro is very lucky to have Val as an installer and representative with their customers.

Got 5 windows and 1 door replaced. The installers did a wonderful job and were very careful and clean. The windows look great and the door just as we expected. Can tell the difference with the street noise protection. Will recommend to family and friends.

Just had my windows installed, house was left clean and I didn't have to paint any trim as they installed free maintenance vinyl jamb and trim . Also ordered a front door from them, can’t wait to get it soon.
