Removal of old eavestroughing, install new with the T-Rex gutter guard. As well redesigned downspout placement for better diversion of water away from house and incorporated a diverter for a rain barrel. Alex is hard working and conscientious in how he approaches a job. I had a bit of tweaking needed in one area and he was quick to respond and provided a solution. Site clean-up was excellent. Kovar contracting (Alex and Jason) are very good with their communication in responding to requests and answering questions. This was the second job done for me by this company.

I was very happy with the responsiveness and professionalism from the original meeting for an estimate, through the work (which started on time and completed quickly) to the follow up after. I got a number of quotations for the roofing work and Kovar came in with the most impressive, detailed estimate and also beat the others on price. Would happily work with them again and recommend them to others.

Jason took the time to come over and explain the work that would need to be done, the shingle options, the warranty, the quality of the product, etc. Any questions I had via email or phone were quickly responded to. The work was done well and the clean up was great. The roofers were polite and respectful. I will definitely call Kovar for other work that may need to be done in my house.

The scope of the work included the replacement of vents, replacement of most metal flashing, removal and replacement of the old roof shingles and underlay.
I have done business with Jason and his company over many years. All of his company's work has been very, very well done. The previous roof was done by a no-longer-in-business roofing company. On more than a few occasions many shingles would tear off in high winds. All calls that I made to Jason for emergency repair were acted upon without delay. Post-installation cleanup was amazing. I have yet to find even a small piece of debris from the old roof removal process. All of the re-roofing work was done as per the contract and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this company run by a very competent, knowledegable and caring individual.

Work was done as contracted for. Installation of new roof vents and removal of old mushroom type vents, as well as the installation of snow stops in the metal valleys where ice falls have occured.

Alex (the contractor who replaced my siding) was knowledgeable & friendly and replaced my siding very quickly. He was also very easy to get a hold of if I had questions.
Jason was also very great to work with, as he responded very quickly to my inquiries via email.
