2 months behind and project timing is disappointing. Most trades not lined up and only working part-time. Communication needs to improve. Regularly, the windows are left open, doors left unlocked, lights left on at night, key not always returned to lock box (thus I am there every day at 9am before anyone arrives and return each night to double check). Right now I don't have peace of mind. My main issue was water/rain damage caused by improper tarping (multiple times when roof was off and during framing). Once done I will update my review accordingly. Recently was assigned a new Project Manager (Sean) and very happy with him - now, if I could just have him dedicated to my project AND have him on site every day, I think the project would progress well. I will post pictures once done as I have a detailed journal and photo diary of the project. I'm hopeful that the end results will be amazing as their past work looks beautiful.
