I came home on Boxing Day to find water in my basement (Merry Christmas). It had been raining all day and I could see the water coming in a crack int he foundation. I sent a request for a quote and Steve called the same day to set up a time to inspect the situation and provide an estimate. He came the next morning, provided a quote (less than I thought) and I hired him on the spot. His guys came out the next morning, but because of the saturated ground, they had to dig a 5x5x2 hole by hand. They did all the work, were very friendly and were done long before the end of the day. Me, being cautious, wanted to wait to write this review until we had more rain, which we did a few days later: 10 mm. I anxiously came home from work and there was not a drop of water.
I am very happy with the speed and work done. I would recommend them to anyone.
