I received my deposit for my basement contract. My issue with this business has been resolved. There are no more outstanding concerns with Dr Rooter plumbing company and Oleg the contractor.

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Pickering

I Contracted Oleg to install a new basement door and windows along with plumbing associated with this work after reading some good reviews on this site. He appeared to be legitimate and was very responsive early on. He gave me a good quote not much different from other contractors I explored. I signed the contract with him. He took my deposit and never called me back. To get the deposit, he messaged me daily until it was done. Its now been over 1 month. I've been calling, texting, emailing and I haven't received one phone call from him since the day he took my deposit on April 24. I'm extremely disappointed not to mention that I still need to get my deposit money back.
