St Lawrence Pools

Go see Mike at St Lawrence pools. Hes knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly he cares about his customers. He helped get our pool from black to blue and was very kind and patient. This store is lucky to have him as an employee!

We purchased a hot tub had to wait 7 months. This was due to covid s tat was understandable.
After delivery they came out for a show and tell the guy that came went over it with my wife and said he could come back another time to show me.
I called storey times to have him come back out and all 3 times he was too call me back to set a time up but never did hear from him. I really hope this isn't the way thier service is when something happens.

My family recently had an aboveground pool installed by StLawrence, we are completely 100% satifisfied. We are glad we decided to go with StLawrence. The water testing staff are very nice and very helpful.

My husband and I just purchased a hottub from st Lawrence pools Belleville store. The guy helping us was so nice ,very helpful. He knew everything about the hottubs. We generally do not tolerate commission based sales people, frankly we can't stand the pressure. At another store we were at we simply walked away. but this situation was different. He seemed genuinely wanting to help us find the right hottub and made us feel comfortable, so comfortable. We did not plan on purchasing the hottub when we went in. after he spent a long time explaining everything about the process of getting the hottub we asked him to give us a few minutes to discuss alone. He left and was helping another customer. We watched him helping the other customer,and we both agreed that he was incredibly helpful to the customer that he was helping. We decided then and there that we are getting the hot tub, and we are getting it from him . When he finished with the other customer we put down a deposit. We feel so good about our purchase, and we know we bought from the right place. I don't know how much commission he got from our hottub, but he deserves every penny of it. If it wasn't for him we would have likely purchased a used hot tub that we had looked at earlier that same day. our experience was so good We plan on telling all of our friends and posting more online reviews. Our advice to anyone looking for a hottub is to go to st Lawrence pools and ask for mike it was such a good experience!
