I had a sundeck that was in serious need of repair, including damage to the uprights that were supporting the edge of my roof. Triple R Construction replaced the deck surface and installed the drip edges that would have prevented the damage in the first place, repaired the uprights and arranged the stucco repair.
Though schedules had to be rearranged a bit because of other jobs, all the work was done quickly and to a very high standard; we are very pleased. I would definitely recommend this company and in fact already have them lined up for another job.
Byron communicated very well and kept in touch, and gave good sound advice and realistic suggestions. Not least among the good points is that Byron actually took the time to respond to my request for a quote; the first place I came to look for a company was at the Better Business Bureau and of the eight companies I contacted only this one responded.
A few months after this project, I hired Triple R to work on my back lower sundeck which was also in need of repair. The uprights were replaced, and a short roof was built over the top of the lower deck. Later in the year I had Triple R replace the floor and vinyl on this deck, and repair rot that had set in along the outer face of the deck supports.
As before, Byron communicated very well and kept in touch, and even came to do the job sooner than his initial estimate. Where he saw additional problems (including the start of black mold in a wall!) he notified me, gave good sound advice and realistic suggestions. Not least among this is that Byron did much of the work himself with a helper and worked until well past sunset! Work was done to an excellent standard, good cleanup too. I'm very pleased with this company.
