I walked into Lowe's to enquire about replacing a patio door. They put me in touch with Platinum Windows and doors. My first contact was with Jim. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. The project grew from just a patio door to replacing the dining room and basement window and adding a front screen door. All I needed to do was give him an idea of what I was looking for and he gave me a product that was perfect. The installer, Harris, was excellent. He arrived on time and was very mindful with all COVID protocols. He explained steps and showed why I had drafts and at the end of the job cleaned everything up. I would recommend this company and Harris without any hesitation.

We couldn't be happier with the new installation of windows and doors throughout our house. Billy did an excellent job showing us our options and helping us choose the right doors and windows to fit our style. He was available whenever we had questions and kept us up to date with manufacturing. Zoran did a great job installing everything in less than 2 days and did a great job cleaning up at the end. You get what you pay for and that's true with Platinum. It is not the cheapest supplier but the quality of both product and work are worth every dollar.

The previous door to the deck was "installed to last", which made it very hard to remove. The Platinum crew was thorough in getting the tricky job done.

At the front, the lead installer was attentive enough to notice and fix a flaw in the previous installation (an opening to the basement under the doorstep).

The doors are excellent. In particular, drafts in the dining room have gone way down. Also, vinyl means no worried about wood rotting!

A big shout out to the lead installer, who had to do most of the work alone and was hardworking, thorough, and friendly.

From the Salesman to the installers i was quoted exactly the style window I wanted . No gimmicks no saying it’s FREE . I admire the honesty & their desire to work with my small budget . And no trying to talk me out of the windows I wanted . What a relief after 9 quotes from other companies .

We replaced most of our windows in the house. Jim was very professional in helping us choose suitable windows for each room and Zoran was very helpful during the actual windows installation. Overall service was excellent and would definitely recommend Platinum Windows & Doors to our homeowners!

We had a living room sliding door (95” x 79”) replaced by Platinum Windows and Doors which involved three visits. The first was by John where a door was selected, the second by two fellows who checked the measurements and the final by Zoran and Dan who removed the old door and installed the new one. The order was placed and scheduled by Maggie and completed within the stated timeframe. We are pleased with the quality of the door and with every aspect of service provided.

Had basement window replaced along with an insert for bedroom window. Excellent customer service provided by John, and the installer went above expectation as far as attention to detail in every facet. Will use them again when time comes, and have already recommended to friends who have needed work done.

The salesperson Scott and the lead installer Harris together gave me the best outcome possible for a difficult side door configuration. Harris's experience and skill gave me the full tread depth of the exterior step--better than I had expected. Both installers were courteous and efficient.

We had to replace four old wooden basement windows in our church. The representative and service person for Platinum Windows and Doors quoted the job and carried out the work courteously, quickly and efficiently. A good experience.

Needed to change my eave troughing and downspouts, I called for a quote and the agent that came was very good and helpful.
The installation was done as we agreed. I so much love the work the guys did. I told my co-workers about it.
