With the amount of rain that hit us this summer, it was no surprise that a significant amount of water was making its way into my basement walls. Colm and the team were able to walk me through my options and provided me with a solid plan to take care of my problem without breaking the bank.

The cement was crumbling at ground level behind a drain pipe. I was worried that water would get into my basement. Colm repaired it quickly and didn't complain that the job was too small for him.

Colm was prepared and anchored tarps to the house to move the rain away from the house. This kept the trenches dry and prevented more water entering the basement.

Colm at Act Fast came by to do the quote very quickly and was professional and very helpful so we understood all our options. We ultimately went with him as he worked with our general contractor before and his price was competitive. He was also willing to work outside normal hours to help keep our basement reno schedule as on track as possible. Other companies weren't able to do the work or even come by for a quote for at least 2-3 weeks given the demand for waterproofing.
