Colm of Act Fast provided a reasonable quote, proof of insurance and licensing. Other quotes were far more and for unnecessary work. The work was done in July when the rain never seemed to stop. Colm was prepared and anchored tarps to the house to move the rain away from the house. This kept the trenches dry and prevented more water entering the basement.
