Acted Super Fast on my Basement Leak
A small pool of water started forming in our basement bedroom. I contacted a number of waterproofers, but Colm of Act Fast was first to show up.
He quickly examined the situation and identified the issues causing the leak. He clearly knows what he is doing. He offered a range of potential solutions at various (very reasonable) price points.
But the amazing thing was when he decided to do a spot repair to see if that would do the job (along with some other recommended actions on our part). And he did it all at no charge!!
Rarely do you find that combination of such incredible honesty and expertise these days. If this repair doesn't end up doing the job, I will certainly call him back to do one of the more comprehensive options. know that he
