Terrible experience...I never write reviews on anything but had to write this one to warn people. Inexperienced guy was sent to repair my appliance who kept texting back and forth for a long time then told me had to replace parts, which didn't make things work and I was still billed for parts that were not even placed. He said one thing and then his head office didn't agree with him and I was stuck in the middle. Can't believe people can actually do things like this, but am too busy to run after these guys...so at least am warning others.

Needed the front panel on fridge replaced, and oven element replaced.
The repairman did a great job, he came in for a quick diagnostic, and a week later replaced the parts for the fridge and oven. All together he was probably there for an hour to an hour and a half which justified the labour charges 187.95 (I guess?). I was charged 426.09 for parts which I subsequently learned only cost them $191 as the invoice was left in the box.

Repair was done fine, but order your own parts or you'll get significantly overcharged.

Chris is one of a kind. I was SO delighted with the whole experience Chris gave me. He came on time and was VERY professional.

In my older age I've had many technicians come to my home, but honestly Chris was by far the best!

He fixed my fridge. It's Its working better than the twenty years I've had it. I paid 199.95 and he replaced some fancy computer chip in the fridge.

Before leaving he asked if he could help me with anything else. I remembered that I had a problem opening my garage door. It's been stuck for YEARS!

Sure enough Chris looked it over then went to his truck. He came back with some very big tools and took my whole door off. He then told me he was going to rebuild it. It took him an hour, but he worked hard and when he was done it was like new again!

He then replaced my garage lightbulb and THEN he swept my garage floor as it has over a year's worth of dirt on the floor.

When he was done i asked how much do i pay now. He said it was FREE.

I almost passed out. I've NEVER had such a gentleman before with such a big heart.

Today everyone is looking to take what they can from you especially when your retired like me living on a pension.

Chris, bless you and I'll only use you for now on for all my repair needs!

Really bad experience: for a routine issue I payed double than other companies and then they damaged my fridge, kept saying they will come to replace what they've damaged but never did! Horrible service, they take your money and could not care less. Later I've heard from a friend that she had similar experience with them. BE WARE!

I have KEPT ALL THE BILLS! Charged $661.00 (non-itemized bill) to replace w board (cost =$100) on Sears fridge, "xxx" took fridge apart. Said "now good as new". It still didn't work, all my calls to QF unanswered. Got "xxx"s home number (he had called me from his cell), he came unwillingly, said it had dangerous coolant leak, so I needed a new fridge, charged me ANOTHER $98.00 (warranty nul)
CIBC stopped $661.00 payment as warranty not honoured, fridge not repaired. (SEARS fixed it in minutes, NO coolant leak, no danger and it still works). QuickFix claimed I "refused to have it fixed"!! NOW QuickFix has put a lien on my HOUSE!!!

I hired this company two times in the past. I wasn't very happy, but use them only because they come fast. They had high prices and had to.come.back TWOCE for the same problem. This time a technician by the name of Chris came. Chris was amazing. Very honest, kind and extremely professional. He answered all my questions happily and even fixed my microwave for free. The company is lucky to have such a knowledgeable employee. I highly recommend you ask for Chris for any repairs from this company. Fom the three technicians that came Chris is the most honest and didn't charge me as as much.

Refrigerator was malfunctioning. Five months later the same problem recurred. When I called for service, there was no follow up. Apparently there is no warranty on parts, even under six months. Would never use this company again.

Buyer Beware!! While QuickFix is responsive when there is a problem, BUT THE ACTUAL SERVICE IS BAD AND NOT SATISFACTORY AT ALL AS WELL AS THE PRICE FOR THE PARTS ARE TWICE AS EXPENCIVE.

They ask for another $300 to do the diagnostics on the spot. Their prices are made up on a fly: when the customer service person called me with the price for the part and left the message on my phone the price was twice as expensive compare if you order the part directly from the Miele (in my case it was Miele).

The customer service person at the beginning of our conversation explained that it is the price for the part. When I questioned why the price is twice as expensive she corrected herself: it is the price for the part and the labour. When I called a Manager to clarify what is correct he was rude, but explain that they have to make money on parts and that is the price for the part only.

The Manager as well as customer service were rude and didn't want to listen to the customer.

Don't waste your money and time with this company.

Our dishwasher seemed to have lost power and wasn't working. Chris quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repaired. He saved me from a dishes pileup disaster!
