I bought a large 4 foot by 3 foot mirror for my master ensuite bathroom. When we were about to install it, we noticed there was a stress crack. After contacting Tanya's through phone and then by email with pictures, they prompting told me I could get a brand new one, free of charge!! It was a fantastic relief that I could get this replacement without extra cost. They even helped unload the cracked one and reload the new one for me without 5 minutes!!! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!!

We ordered a bathroom vanity and cabinet online and a few hours later got a call from the store pointing out that the manufacturers of each item were different and therefore the color selected might not be an exact match. We hadn't noticed the manufacturers were different and were very grateful for the call. After a few calls back and forth we settled on a vanity, cabinet and faucet that worked. We didn't need the items for a few weeks and Tanya happily waited until we were ready and they were delivered at exactly the promised time. Great products and service.

I ordered a mirrored bathroom cabinet online and opted to pick it up at Tanya's shop. Super glad I did, not only because I got to meet a lot of caring people but also because I found another perfect mirror on the wall and bought it on the spot. I ordered a bathroom vanity from Tanya's online catalogue. I never buy sight unseen but since it was just what I'd been hunting for I took the chance. It arrived 2 days later! It is gorgeous, exactly what I was hoping for. The delivery guys were so courteous, accommodating & prompt. Then I realized I didn't have a faucet! I ended up back with Tanya's to order a beautiful faucet to go with the vanity. Both items were on sale too! Their delivery fee is reasonable & worth avoiding the stress of driving in the GTA. My first experience with Tanya's & I will use them again for future projects.
