I called AccuServ late in the evening as my furnace was blowing cold air instead of hot. James answered and was very professional and friendly and arranged for an appointment the following morning, in their earliest slot. AccuServ (Josh) came by the next morning 15 min into the 2hr window I was given (thank you!) and serviced the furnace quickly and professionally, at a good price.
