had LTI come and give me a quote on a home renovation project that i was doing back in august. the guy i spoke to was George, he was prompt in answering the call and came within hours to the site. George was knowledgeable about the product so i decided to hire their company.
Since the house was completely gutted it was very easy for them to work. They were done in a day and a half. they put plastic on all the windows to stop the foam from settling on the glass.
its been 6 months now since the house was insulated and the enbridge bills keep coming on average around 40% lower compared to the previous year.
I don't know if it is because of the spray foam, or because of the new furnace that i installed or a combination of both, but the consumption is significantly lower than last year.
On top of this the sprayfoam also decreased the noise from outside and the crackly noise the stairs made when i stepped on them. ( george recommended me to spray them from underneath before i closed them with drywall).
overall very pleased with the Sprayfoam and punctually of the service of LTI, would highly recommend using it as a product
