I contacted DSM to do a home Inspection on my home before I put it up for sale. The Inspection revealed a number of things. The inspector made recommendations for repairs and improvements. I was able to correct many of the items from noted in the report. The inspection was very useful as it focused on things I would not have thought of. It made the selling process that much easier. I was happy with the overall service and would recommend them .

Thanks for the review. I'm glad you saw the benefits of doing a pre sale home Inspection. Some homeowners are reluctant to do one because they fear it may uncover to many deficiencies. But it does better prepare the home for sale as it gives you the opportunity to correct what you want, and discloses any improvements needed to potential buyers.
