We were extremely satisfied with our post purchase home inspection and thermal scan done by DSM Property Services. Vito responded to my initial inquiry almost immediately and professionally and our inspection was booked and confirmed for a few days later. Vito was very thorough and provided us with all the details, tips, suggestions we were hoping for. He answered all our first time home owner questions and made us feel very confident that we can now maintain a safe and healthy home. The final report was emailed to us the same day and was very thorough with even more helpful tips and suggestions. Overall it was great working with Vito and we will definitely be contacting DSM Property Services for our next purchase.
