My husband and I were so pleased with the inspection provided by DSM Property Services. Vito showed up on time, and was very thorough, checking out the roof, attic and getting into all the nooks and crannies of the house we were buying. He communicated with us through the whole process, and then gave us a binder with all the information about our house inspection. Vito is very personable and great at explaining everything in layman's terms. As well, he laid out all the information that we needed in order to decide whether to firm up our house offer. I highly recommend this inspector!
