I am a fist home buyer and have no idea about the house. Vito showed me details of all small issues and gave me good advice of maintaining the house in the future.
Vito is not only extremely professional as an inspector but also a very nice guy. I called him two days after my inspection about my concerns about the house. He answered all my questions patiently which helped me to make my decision.
Another thing I want to recommend is the thermal imaging which can help the inspector to identify problems in structure, moisture content and air leakage.
