An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I hired Vito at DSM Property Services to conduct a home inspection for me. He was already there when I arrived. Vito clearly knew what he was doing and he even went on the ROOF! That was amazing to me since the last inspector I hired did not go on, even on a clear day. I chose to include the infrared scanning to the inspection and was glad I did. We found some moisture issues that would otherwise not have been found because they were hidden in the ceiling.
Vito is the second home inspector I hired and I have to say that I am glad I called him.
