The renovations you had us complete for you in your home absolutely transformed the look of your home and they look absolutely fantastic.

The hardwood floors with matching stained railings and newel post combined with the metal spindles have transformed and updated your beautiful home. The removal of the stucco ceilings combined with new slim LED lighting also compliments the entire ceiling. Adding the large pine baseboards also enhances the look of the rooms combined with painting the entire house actually makes the entire home look like new.

When you hire Remodel Construction we are here to do what you want and need not what we want. We can provide suggestions and advice but ultimately we do exactly what you want. Our team of trades ensure that you are completely satisfied when we are finished your renovation and we are there should you need anything post completion.

Your washroom looks amazing and we are thrilled to hear how happy you are with the final results. It was not easy to complete your washroom with the delivery challenges we faced with some of the materials at the end, however with some patience it all worked out in the end.

Being clean and tidy and protecting your home is something that we pride ourselves on doing on every project, its standard practice for Remodel Construction and it does not cost anymore. Specifically your existing flooring is protected with the use heavy of duty Ram board to protect hardwood and tiled flooring and 3 mill stick down poly on all carpeting. This prevents damage to hard surfaces and protects carpeting from dust and debris from being grounded into them.

We approach all renovation projects the same no matter how big or small they are they all need to be planned and each project has its own challanges and subtle differences than a similar project. When it comes to removing or opening losd bearing walls taking out the necessary permits is the only way we will attempt to complete a job like this. Taking out the necessary building and electrical permits ensures you and also us that your project is completed to the highest standards and provides you peace of mind knowing your home is safe for you and your family. At Remodel Construction safety for our clients and staff is an integral part of our business. Our staff is responsible and recieves regular safety training to maintain optimal health for everyone.

Unfortunately due to Covid-19 we have and are still experiencing many different challenges in the construction industry however with good planning your project was completed with minimal obstacles.

Keeping the dust and construction debris to a minimum is a challenge on any work site however we like to think that we have some creative ways yo minimize dust using modified fans in a window we csn draw dust outside which also creates a negative air pressure within your home and reduces dust.

Good communication on any job is very important because it helps keep your project on time because we can get answers to any questions or situations that may arise from the renovation.
