This contractor was engaged to handle the dry walling in our renovation project, including supply, installation, taping/sanding and the prime coat, at a quoted price of $4250.00. It was a disaster!!
Garth, the owner and principal, is clearly the worst project manager that I have ever seen, in construction or any other business sector. He is also a mediocre craftsman at the things that he does himself and his crew is not any better, at least on this particular project. He committed to project completion in 10 days. After, two weeks elapsed, it was clear that he could not complete the work; I was forced to bring an alternate for the taping/sanding.
When all was done, Garth had the gall to submit an invoice in excess of his original quote for a job that he never completed. All kinds of threatening letters followed.
Incredible!! BEST TO AVOID.

Unfortunately, we were unable to complete your project timeously due to many variables. These included poor quality framing and mechanical work, unlicensed electrical work and above all, no valid City of Toronto building permit. Our staff were unable to deal with the many intrusions and delays which we experienced at this site as well as unrealistic deadlines.
