It was a pleasure doing business with Sokol and his team at National Star. Sokol was extremely thorough in his quote so that there would be no surprises and there were no surprises. He explained his product options, showed us samples, encouraged us to research different products and sent us out to look at some of the work he and his team had done. His team were friendly and very respectful of our property. The work was done quickly, even with having to remove two different roofing materials. The company takes pride in a job well done and added finishing touches such as painting our chimney stack so it would look nice at no extra cost. As I said earlier, there were no surprises. The job started and ended on time. I wouldn't hesistate to recommend them to anyone. Their prices are competitive and their service is impeccable. I am a very happy customer.

You mentioned there was no surprises and we added finishing touches to make your roof stand out. The ones you notice are just a few of the many things that are part of a roofing system. As a family, every one of us pays close attention to all details. Any project we take the responsibility to work on has to be done to last a minimum of 40 years, which is a really long time. Every small little detail is important for that to happen. We are seeing roofs being changed every 10 years, on average, most of which are due to bad workmanship, crews being in a rush and not really caring about customers and reputation. We try and make friends, not just customers, and reputation is everything to us.
