Exterior painting - large job with both complex difficult to reach locations on the house and entire deck and fencing. Charles and his team were amazing. They were professional, courteous, friendly and completed the job as promised and on time and the results are great. Had several quotes for the job and their's was very competitive. Excellent quality and great value for money

I am very happy with the service provided by the company. The project was delivered on time. The management (Jason) made sure it was completed to my liking. The management was checking on the progress of the job regularly. I am happy with the path by our deck, as the area was prone to flooding, but Jason figure out the design of it and it passed the heavy rain we had recently.

Great experience all around. They gave me a fair and reasonable estimate. Charles and the work crew were very professional, courteous and friendly. They did a very thorough and neat job. Part of the work included removing the storm windows to paint the window frames. Before re-attaching the storm windows, they cleaned them and even cleaned the windows behind the storm windows. I would definitely use them again for any future painting needs.

The project manager for the onsite consult was knowledgeable, advised and produced quote and timeline immediately. The second visit was to demo the proposed stain on wall. Communication was clear and work was completed as planned. Work team was effective and job clean up was great. Lucky to have found this team online!

We worked with the Absolute Home Services crew in Toronto to paint the front exterior of our home and stain our wood deck. Charles, who managed the project, came to our home to prepare the quote, which we thought was priced very fairly. We received the quote in the beginning of June, but Charles and his crew weren't able to start until the middle of July. We would have preferred them to come sooner, but there was a backlog of existing projects due to COVID shutdowns so we completely understood the situation and do not blame them for the delay.

Charles contacted us to confirm a start date for the project and he and his crew arrived as scheduled. It wasn't an optimal day for painting because rain was in the forecast, but after a brief shower they were able to start the exterior painting and did a very nice job. His team was very pleasant and they even cleaned the exterior of the eavestroughs so that it looked better against the fresh paint. Due to inclement weather they came back a couple of days later to complete the staining of the deck, which they managed to complete in one day. We are very happy with the end result but were a little disappointed they left without putting back the patio furniture and some other items that were moved. Charles returned to our house later that day to pick up some tools and materials that were left behind and offered to help us put everything back.

Overall, we are very happy with the work done and would recommend Absolute to others and will contact them again for other projects that come up.

Soli was to be added before plants were planted - NOT done
Plants did not arrive on day staff came to do work
Had to email re plants - then only half were planted so had to email AGAIN for the other plants to arrive. Not pleased with location of planting- staff came when I was not available for consultation - had not been informed when they would come and then came on a different date after a date was confirmed second time
Window box that was custom made for shed was to be rehung but it was thrown away!
Asked to have brackets hung to replace the box - took several weeks to get done. Did not come on specified day, came on another day without checking with me and i was online TEACHING so did not hear them at front door. Had to email AGAIN to re-schedule this job

This was the 2nd occasion that we utilized the Absolute team for some landscaping work. Jason was excellent in assessing and reviewing what we had in mind and assisted in the final decisions for paving stones, retaining wall and plants. Jason was able to slot our work in shortly after finalizing the plan. Jeff and his colleague undertook the work which took about 3 weeks to complete and was done to our total satisfaction. The work crew arrived as advised and always cleaned up before leaving for the day. Everyone was very personable and professional to deal with. We would have no hesitation in recommending Absolute, and will use them again.

After having several issues with the work, Absolute came back and fixed the job to my satisfaction. They spent hours power washing the driveway, then applying the sand. Hopefully the job will last for many years.
