It has been about 3 months now and I wanted to see how the Deck Staining and repairing of the Carpenter bee holes were standing up to the weather and also comment on the workmanship. Liz was our first contact , then it was followed up by Jeff in Sales and then finally Mo on site. This deck is at least 23 years old, so we had had others perform work on it and I am confident in saying that the quality of work has been the best out of them all. If I had to do it again, I would definitely choose Absolute Home Services for this Task. A great team to work with.

Our deck boards, posts and 20 year old pergola needed repair as the wood was rotting due to time and moisture. Dale gave us an estimate for repair, adding that hidden damage may necessitate a higher cost. Jim and John did the repairs brilliantly, being very careful to not damage an old hydrangea that was enveloping the pergola. They recommended repairing the bottom of the deck posts with a thicker PVC than at first estimated and reinforced the trim. The rotten deck boards were replaced and later stained. Although the finished work was more expensive than at first estimated, it was a first class job. Jim and John were great at troubleshooting some very picky work on the pergola and deck posts and the final product was painted and stained by Brian, again, a great job. Brian even did some small trim painting where the paint or stain had lifted due to the repair. We have used Absolute on 4 occasions for repairs, deck cleaning, deck restaining and other smaller jobs. They are fantastic to work with and their craftspeople are top notch, from painters to repairpersons. We have no hesitation in recommending this company highly.

After two trees on my property were uprooted, a stone path nearby needed rebuilding. The team from Absolute carefully relaid it with layers of aggregate, etc., and pieced together the stones, cut some new pieces from extra stones I had, and filled it in with hardening sand. The result was better than new. If only the rest of the path looked as good! This is the second time I have used this firm. Both times I got quick estimates (both times on odd jobs others didn't even want to quote on), good work by polite and friendly people who knew what they were doing, and full clean-up.
