Rushed job not qualified to perform
Alpha glass answered a request via Homestars for a repair job at my home. They came by and came up with a quick fix/repair for an issue on my door. The install went "fine", however the caulking job around the trim of what was repaired was sloppy and they damaged my entire door seal. When I brought it to Sean's attention that damage was done his response was that this is not something they did as they only repaired a metal plate. What he refused to acknowledge is that his attempt to repair 1 item damaged another. I asked them why ask for a review online when there is damage to my home which he would not admit to yet the request was sent.

CanaDuct came and helped me out on a SATURDAY when my sryer was overheating and was not hooked up correctly from the previous home owner. RJ came, diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it quickly and professionally! I highly recommend them for any HVAC issue!
