Amazing clean and amazing service! I contacted De-Home after finding them on HomeStars with a promotion on for discounted cleaning. I got an almost immediate response to my email enquiry, and it was a quick and easy process to set up the clean. The team arrived spot on time and were very flexible with arranging to do a little more work for me.
The clean was outstanding. I cannot think of another word for it! Every inch of our home was cleaned deeply. And its stayed feeling clean in the 2 weeks since it has been done!
I know I sound like I am gushing, but our house has been a reno site for 8 months, and the team that cleaned for us have made it feel incredible!
We have now set up a monthly contract to have the house done.
Price was VERY good for the service we got.

I was searching for a reliable, well priced home cleaning service to do bi-weekly cleaning in my 1,100 sq ft condo, with pet cats. My previous cleaner had become unreliable and cancelled on me several times with very short notice. I found De Home on a google search and was impressed with the reviews I read. Co-owners John and Cassia are very responsive with answering inquiries, promptly scheduled an initial consultation, and set us up with a very thorough, responsible, personable cleaning person. The timeliness of arrival, quality of cleaning and the reliability of this company and their employees are wonderful. I would highly recommend De Home cleaning to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reputable home or condo cleaning service.

I hired De Home for a one-time condo cleaning (approx 700 sq ft). Communication was easy via email and I was able to quickly get an appointment for my preferred time. The cleaner arrived promptly and I was extremely impressed; Laura was very thorough and is one of the best cleaners I've worked with. I have tried a few different cleaning companies and De Home is one of the best I've come across.

I have had De Home clean my house biweekly since October 2014. I have waited to write this review so I may write confidently. The email correspondence with the company is prompt and fluid. Cassia came personally to my home to give an estimate. She was warm, professional, and instilled confidence. My cleaner will choose additional areas to clean should she finish my requested needs before my requested limit of 4 hours. I have had a different cleaning company before and thus I do have a comparison of house cleaners. De Home provides attention to detail that is appreciated. As a mother of a toddler and someone who has always been fastidious with cleanliness, I recommend De Home.

A short notice family visit required a deep clean. The request was easily accommodated. Specific requirements for detailed cleaning were all met and some areas identified that I would have missed No hassle with a very high standard of work. I would highly recommend De Home to anyone.

I was moving out of my 1BR/1Bath condo and realized I needed to find a cleaning service last-minute for the Labour Day long weekend. Cassia from De Home was the only one I contacted that got back to me and were able to come on the day I needed. They showed up 45 minutes late, but had texted me to let me know. That is the only reason why this isn't a 5 star review.

They brought all their own equipment and took all their garbage with them. The condo wasn't a mess to begin with, but it definitely looked lived-in. After they left it looked as good as it did when I had moved in: spotless. Some welcome touches: put the toilet paper on the roll and folded it into a triangle, cleaned out the filters on the stove vent, and vacuumed the blinds. Cassia let me pay with Square right away and for two hours work (x2 people) it was a bargain. If you are looking for a full-time regular cleaner I'm not sure I can recommend them, but if you are looking for a one-off these guys are great.

I have used De home for the last 2 month, they came 3 times so far and I love them. John is the contact person and when I emailed him a day before July 1, he immediately replied. He is super quick and accommodating via email. I was able to book an appointment super quickly. The 2 cleaning ladies showed up 10 minutes in advance and I didn't need to show them how to use the vacuum cleaning - they were professional and courteous. I have a 960 sq foot place, everything was done in 1.5 hr. They even cleaned the dishes rack which was a surprise. Everything was sparkling when they left. I am so glad I found them. I've had a cleaning lady before but she was unreliable and sometimes didn't show up. I also used another cleaning company (Maids Matter) where the job was done in a rush, and they missed spots. I love De Home and you get what you pay for!

I have used a few different cleaning services that in my opinion were just ok. I was pleasantly surprised when I contacted this company and was not only treated with professional quality service, but the most important was the service provided at my home! There were on time and went above and beyond my expectations for the care , comfort and quality of service they provided me with in regards to cleaning my home! I was already a little stressed because I was hosting a rather large benefit at my home the following evening and they came in and helped alleviate quite a bit of stress ! I will call them again because they have the best prices . Thank you John and Cassia .
