Sos Appliance Repair

We live in Oakville. We called SOS Appliance Inc. about our fridge/freezer making a very loud intermittent noise. The service call was very upsetting. The person asked questions but did not believe anything that I said and kept repeating the questions as if I do not know what I am talking about. He simply would not accept my descriptions of the problem. He was unable to fix the problem. This experience cost $80 plus HST and I got nothing except being upset.
