From start to completion, our experience with Natanael and NPC Renovations has been extraordinary, exceeding well beyond our expectations in every way.

Natanael greatly impressed us from our first meeting with him, when he arrived precisely on time. It was quickly apparent that he was extremely knowledgable, professional, and patient. We live in a home that is 100 years old and were interested in a complete renovation of our entire main floor. Such a renovation entailed such things as the removal of walls and the construction of new support beams, the demolition of our old fireplace and the addition of a new gas fireplace, a new kitchen and peninsula, and new hardwood flooring, done in a way that modernized yet preserved the character of our home. Natanael had great structural and design ideas for the various aspects of the job, and his quote was extremely competitive and fair. He provided a very detailed contract and timeline which he stuck to. He quickly earned our trust.

Natanael takes great pride in his work, and has very high standards. He expects excellence from himself and from the members of his team. As a result, everyone he works with gives 110%, and is not satisfied until we are. Everyone was always courteous and worked very hard. Our neighbours have told us how pleasant and considerate he and his team were.

Throughout the renovation Natanael was always accessible to answer questions or provide information. He always knew exactly what was going on and what needed to be done, and did an excellent job communicating about the various stages of the project. All of the work was completed on time because he and his crew made sure of it.

We are absolutely delighted with the end result of our renovation. It is beautiful and far surpasses our expectations. We have had many compliments on how it is such a stunning blend of the traditional character of the home, with modern touches.

Natanael has tremendous integrity, which can be rare in his business. It has been our pleasure to have worked with him and recommend him without reservation. He and his team are outstanding in every way and we thank them for all they have done to make our renovation so successful.
