i decided to change my water tank with a tankless water heater so I called Mike and from the start he was very helpful, explaining everything. I got a call shortly after with one of customers services to schedule a day to install and to confirm everything that Mike and I talked about. The very next day they sent their technicians to install a brand new top of the line tankless water heater....didn't take them long to install and in less then 2 hours my hot water was working again. They cleaned everything up and they even took the old water tank.
I'm very happy with how everything turned out.

I’ve purchased the furnace from them before didn’t have any issues with it only one time had a complication their service team attended for your charge did the maintenance. All in all there have been always very professional and the quality of their products was good so I decided to purchase a tankless water heater from them. Same as usual, I put a call, technicians came in within one or two days, and the installation very professionally, were very cognizant and careful did not damage anything did the work within a reasonable time. There were extra services required of addition of a gas pipe which was done free of charge and even when I insisted to pay for it Mike told me that he’d rather honor the initial price that he gave. This is the kind of customer service I look for. Highly recommend working with them, looking forward to purchasing more products in future from them if I need to.

Overall highly professional business system or service is top-notch. They should pride themselves of the services that they provide and the products that they sell.

This company was super helpful from the start, calming me down when I had no heat and arranging for the furnace to be replaced asap. The 2 men who installed took about 2.5 hours and were very friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone!
