Very nice company to deal with. They are very professional, the guys arrived on time replaced our old water tank by a lovely new one and left leaving the place as if they hadnt been there. All in order. I have no problem in indicating this company to my friends and acquaintances.

excellent technician and his helper work well together, removing and installing a new furnace there always challenges and they excecuted very well.

My Air-conditioning needed replacement so i contacted many large and small companies for quote. MIKE from DeMarks, gave me a competitive price. He wasn't the cheapest but his commitment to quality work convinced me to go with him. He sent me a technician (Eddy) who come to my place and said the work was complex and walked away. Within 5 min. Mike called me to tell me he was going to send me another guy. The new guy (Ahsan) came qccepted the work and started on it the next day. It took him two and half days to complete (complex) work. During the install Mike came to my place and made sure things were done properly. DeMark is a top notch operation and i highly recommand them. The high rating of this company on homestar is well deserved

We are very happy with the great work that Ahsan and his partner did to replace our decades-old furnace with a high efficiency one. They were super polite, answered my on-site questions fully, and worked diligently on a more complex job than was expected. They left the work area in a clean and tidy condition and carefully protected the rest of the home from foot traffic and debris. Mike DeMarkHome gave the original quote (very fair price) and he, along with his office assistant Anna, were a pleasure to communicate and do business with.
