We replaced our front double door and were very pleased with the work done. We hired Total Home Windows and Doors through our neighbours recommendations (Total Home did a few houses in our neighborhood already). The work was completed on time in a very professional manner and the attention to detail was excellent. Ann set down with us and walked us through the whole process. She gave us information on the different door and glass designs, helped to choose the design that would go well with the look of our house and at the same time had a good privacy level. She was nice and patient (this was our first door replacement experience). She spent time with us at the showroom, showing us the door manufacturing process, various glass designs to help us to understand our best choices. The installers were efficient, friendly, knew exactly what they were doing and did a great job. We would like to pass a special regards to the customer service at Total Home Windows and Doors for scheduling our installation at the date we requested. We love our new door and so do our neighbors.

My Husband and I are extremely happy with the installation of new vinyl windows and four doors done by Total Home Windows & Doors at our rental property. The house got a completely new look. We are very happy with the 12 vinyl windows Total Home installed in our home, they look absolutely amazing! All aspects of this project, from the first contact with a sales person to final installation and clean-up, was handled in a timely, flexible, and professional manner. The completion of the project within a tree weeks was our requirement, Total Home completed our project even sooner than we were promised. The Installation was done well. Workers were clean and worked quickly and efficiently. They took care of our home and furniture as they worked . No damage was done. The windows were nicely finished inside and outside. Again, we are very happy with the work and the windows. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Total Home to anyone who is looking for window replacement.
