Vitaly was very professional and pleasant when he came over to have a discussion and give me a quote on new replacement windows and their installation. He kept his patience and showed no lack of knowledge while answering my questions. The installation crew was amazing, very efficient and effective with each window that they installed, they really put in the extra effort. I would recommend Total Home to anyone who would ask me for a company that replaces and installs windows.

I've had windows replaced in other homes prior to calling Total Home Windows and Doors, but the whole experience was completely different.

When I called, I was met with a very friendly voice who was able to walk me through the process and what I needed to do. When Vitaly arrived at our property to give an estimate, he was super polite and very detail oriented. The prices were adequate and the work was exceptional. I would undoubtedly recommend this business for anyone needing new vinyl windows.

The experience has been amazing since the beginning of the process. Anna was very detailed oriented and knowledgeable when providing the initial quote. All the details were explained properly and no questions were left unanswered. A week later, the crew came by for measurement. Eduardo was very friendly and always with the great smile. 3 weeks later the installation was scheduled and within 2 days the installation crew (Eduardo and Victor) did an amazing job installing my windows. No dust was left out, they vacuumed all dirt after installing each window. Also all the windows remaining were cleaned outside of the house. I was very happy with the outcome and the quality of product and the workmanship. I had to go through 6 different companies to get the quote and by far TOTAL HOME was the best in terms of the product, quality, punctuality and the price. Their confidence in the work they deliver is very high and they stand by their product and their work. A BIG thank you to Anna, Eduardo and Victor for the well done job.

We discovered Total Home Windows and Doors through HomeStars which gave it great reviews. Based on that we contacted Anna an she made the experience of purchasing our 2 patio doors a very pleasant one. Dates of when they would be made and installed was met if not exceeded. The installer was very professional and when he found a small flaw (barely noticeable)in one of the glass pane he brought it to our attention and assured us that it would be taken care of. Within a week we had a representative from the manufacturer TH uses come up to look at the issue and within a week after that we had a brand new door installed. The professionalism and customer service was superlative on all fronts.
