Old windows were removed keeping casings intact. New windows, spray foam and flashing was installed. The house is significantly quieter and the furnace is less active. Workers were polite and clean and paid attention to details. Drop cloths were used everywhere ans all the mess was gone when they left. One also invited me to follow and review the work for specific finishing touches to make sure I was happy.

After getting 3 quotes for retrofit replacement windows for my whole house I found Total Home to be not only the best price but the reviews on Homestars were excellent. Vitaly came and explained the intricacies of their windows and gave me a date for installation. The installers were excellent and they also took care in the clean up as well. My sun room has 13 windows and with the change in weather I can't believe how much warmer the room is. I would highly recommend Total Home to anyone needing new windows.

They replaced every window and door in my house finishing on May 3rd 2018. Their installers did an excellent job according to the now defunct Green on program for windows. There were a few minor mfg glass defects and a crack in one window frame trim. The glass defects were very minor (dust/dirt inside panes) and was resolved with a credit. The crack was repaired but repairer said he would come a second time to smooth out the filled crack. (He has not returned) The doors were installed nicely but hinge screws were of several different colors ( Gold, silver and the odd black colour installed. The sales rep "Vitali Shapiro" said the installer would come to replace the miss matched screws. The installer has not returned. I have called them several times regarding this
but have now given up on them returning to fix things up. It is Now November. This aside , the windows look very nice. They even provided me with new larger basement windows that involved cutting larger concrete holes in foundation for new windows. So far so good with this.

Eddie was excellent to deal with, he helped us pick the best windows and doors that looked best for our house, anytime we had questions he would call us back right away, Such great customer service. His crew came in and did an excellent job installing our 12 windows, patio door and 2 doors, they made sure the place was cleaned inside and out. Total Home Windows and Doors is a company that I would certainly use again, I highly recommend them.

The installers arrived on time and worked efficiently and diligently until late into the evening. I’m extremely happy with the result and would definitely recommend TotalHome to other homeowners.

We just got all our windows [including the basement ones], the front door and the patio door replaced. We shopped around like crazy, interviewing all our neighbors and friends. We even visited their homes to check what they have done to get educated on what to ask. The next step was to get quotes, we got 4 in total. Well, what can I say, then came Eddy R, we had many conversations on what we liked and what we wanted to see. To our surprise, he had so many suggestions that we hadn't thought of, the one we are most thankful for is converting 3 individual windows to a large window frame that made the master bedroom look much bigger and looks marvelous from the outside, made most of our neighbours extremely jealous as they sill have the same builder setup and wished their window company suggested it to them.
He also suggested we convert 2 sliding windows to an awning style setup, which looked much better and very modern. He also suggested that we should change the opening of the patio door from left to right which made a big difference in access to the deck.
My wife was still not convinced to sign the deal until she actually visited the showroom/factory, well Eddy was more than happy to meet us at the showroom at whatever time we wanted. I must admit he was there waiting for us. The visit to the showroom was a real eye-opener, we got so many ideas of what else we can add such as windows patterns and colors. Thank You, Eddy, for everything much appreciated.

As we all know buying windows is one thing, however, if they are not installed properly then they are worthless. This is where Vitaly and his marvelous crew comes into to play. They were on time, the installation took 2 days as it was the entire house. They were very professional, each team member knew exactly what their role was in the installation, they worked like a well-oiled machine. Again, as usual, my wife was there to inspect, to her disappointment I suppose, she couldn't find a single fault! Finally, they cleaned everything up did the final inspection walkthrough.

We can both highly recommend TOTAL HOME WINDOWS AND DOORS I wish I'd taken some before and after photos but I see some other reviewers have uploaded photos. We were putting off this installation for so long as it's a costly affair, however, we got the best price for what we wanted from Eddy.

From the very beginning, after meeting with two other major window installers, we were extremely impressed with Eddie's professionalism and helpfulness. He described every last detail from start to finish and his awesome installation crew were even better than expected. They finished the job in one day even though they allowed for two, and their attention to detail made it look effortless. Before choosing a window contractor for our whole-home window replacement project, we met with representatives and obtained quotes from several window and door companies. From the first time we met Eddy from Total Home Windows and Doors, we were 100% impressed with his knowledge, confidence, and patience with the many questions we had in determining whether to go with retrofit or complete window replacement in our 1940's home with beautiful window casing that we hoped to preserve. Other companies completely discarded the idea of retrofit windows for our home, as they wouldn't qualify for the rebate program offered at the time, but Eddy respected our wish to increase the energy efficiency of our windows while preserving our beautiful solid wood trim and casings. He made several visits to our home to enthusiastically demonstrate why one type of glass, which did not qualify for the rebate program, was truly the best choice for maximizing energy efficiency in our climate, and his follow up with any questions or concerns we had before even committing to choosing him for the project was second to none. He even took the time to create mock-ups of various mullion style options to help us choose something to suit the style of our old home.

We had to change our installation date more than once to accommodate the schedule of other renovation projects we were doing this summer, and Eddy handled these scheduling revisions very professionally. The installation crew did an incredible job on both the installation and cleanup of our project, and we are thrilled with the way it turned out.

We're looking forward to working with Eddy again on the replacement of our exterior doors and windows on our new garage this fall.
