My washing machine stopped draining. I called a few places--these guys were one of the first fortunately as I got through right away and they said they'd send somebody out in the next 4 hours. The guys came did an assessment that I needed a new pump. They had to order it. The next day they followed-up with me and said the pump would arrive the next day. They called again the next day and said they had the pump and wanted to come right away. I couldn't see them right away as I was out of the house but could see them later in the afternoon. They agreed and came later. They fixed the pump and checked other diagnostics as well. Their service was excellent! I own a number of properties in the GTA and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Energytech were the first to respond to my email and came out that evening. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and replaced the damaged control board to my oven with a used one they had in their van - saving me time and money. They were prompt and courteous and my oven works again. Thank you!

When I first called LG, they recommended a company that only received 1.5 starts on Homestar; thus, I went looking for another company. Energytech returned my phone calls, found the part (which is, apparently, challenging because only one person in all of Ontario provides LG parts), gave me a quote that was reasonable, and showed up to do the repair. They gave me a window of 2 hours and showed up in the last half hour, which is the only real complaint I have. We had things to do and it made the rest of the day much shorter than I would have liked. That being said, however, the repair was challenging and they did an excellent job.
And they know how things work these days. When they were leaving, they asked me to review their service here on Homestar! Smart men!

when the element in my stove caught fire last Friday night I had no idea who to call to repair it...So I went to the Internet and decided to call EnergyTech Solution as the website appeared to be very professional and the reviews were favourable. I was still a little apprehensive as some advertising can be deceiving. I called early on the following morning and spoke to a very helpful gentleman, who asked me relevant information and said he would be at my house within a few hours. He was very prompt and brought a trainee. The new element was installed very well and with minimum disruption. I was very pleased with Mors' work and found the charge very reasonable. I will keep his card for any future appliance repairs that I may need.
I will also recommend his company to others.

On time, conscientious. The way they charge is a little different. Initial visit/diagnosis is stand alone charge, not being credited for subsequent work while most other people will give credit to the "diagnostic" work. ie. subtract initial fee from final bill.
Workmanship OK, did left a big scratch park on the Stainless Steel DW Door.

We woke up on a Sunday morning to discover that our fridge and freezer had not been working all night. We contacted Energy Tech at 10am. The technician was at our house that afternoon and within 45 minutes had diagnosed and repaired the problem at a cost far below what we had prepared ourselves for. The tech was extremely friendly and professional! I highly recommend these guys!

Our 30 year old washing machine lives again, thanks to Mors! He arrived on time and was polite and skilled, which saved us from having to rush out and buy a new washer. Will definitely use again.

The mechanism that makes the water fill up in the dishwasher wasn't working properly so I did a Google search and found EnergyTech. They had a good listing and homeowner testimonials so I called them up. The dishwasher needed a new part but it was very fast to come in (it came the very next day). They did a good job.

In September the fridge wasn't keeping things cold anymore so I did a google search and found EnergyTech. They came and fixed it but they had to go above the quoted price because an unexpected part had to be put in. I give them a lower grade because we had to call them back to get the invoice after we paid.

We needed to fix the microwave and the technician came to look at it and said that he needed to order a new part. It came quicker than he said it would and he put it in in sufficient time. The price was a little expensive but the microwave works well now.
