Technicians were punctual, polite, professionals and very efficient. They also left the house the way they found it. Clean. They arrived at the time they said they would, which is not the norm.

I had assumed the motor had failed, good troubleshooting found the problem was a ceased blower assembly. Although it took two weeks to get replacement parts it is understandable as it is not a part that is normally stocked and it happened during the holiday period. The technicians were personable, thorough in their investigation, and careful with the equipment. Given that it took two trips and parts included I think the price is very reasonable.

Last minute issues before Christmas and needed to have dishwasher replaced. The replacement had its own challenges due to a new tile floor having been installed.,, Enerytech Delivered! Solved my problems and did a perfect install. True professionals!

Replacing a built-in dishwasher was not a huge job but I was having a problem finding a plumber that would do it.

I found Energytech Appliance Repair online and what a GREAT find! I phoned on a Friday and they gave me a two-hour timeframe the following Sunday! They arrived within that timeframe and did the job quickly and efficiently. They recommended a replacement hot water hose advising that the older one was close to the end of its lifespan. I appreciated that.

Would definitely use them again and have every confidence in recommending them.

Had them out to fix an 'overtemperature reset' problem on my fridge/freezer. I told them I had tried everything, changing the control board, replacing the baffle, and about a drill bit I got stuck in the drain while trying to clear the ice from the freezer. They cleared the drill bit, defrosted the freezer, and said everything was fixed. 2 hours later, the alarm was going off again. They came out one more time, I tried to get them to test the ohms on the bi-metal defrost, they said, "No No, the problem is the frozen drain" then they defrosted the freezer, checked the drain and left. The alarm kept going off every 2-3 hours after that. When I called to get them to come out and try another way of solving the problem, they claimed I had only called them for the frozen drain, and that they wouldn't honour the 30 day warranty on the service call. I would have to pay them if I wanted them to fix it right. No amount of reasoning with the dispatcher would convince him. He kept claiming that they were only asked to defrost the freezer and clear out the drill bit. Too bad, as the repairmen seemed very nice. Just don't expect them to honour their 30 day service warranty.

The service that we received from Energytech Appliance Repair was excellent. The appointment was made for just a day or so later, and the repairmen arrived on time, were courteous, had all the parts required, and completed the job promptly and well. The repair was done a couple of months ago, and there have been no further problems.

Very professional service with politeness and efficiency. Our GE Profile microwave stopped working suddenly. Problem diagnosed, part ordered...it works again. Highly recommended people. Reasonable charges for sure. Thank you for your assistance. We will call you again when needed for sure.
