My Duet whirlpool was not draining. Ray, from EnergyTech, a very pleasant gentleman came and found a sock inside the drain filter. Cleaned it out, and job was done. Thank you!

Very professional and trustworthy. One day before my condo closing I had to get a stove burner repaired (whirlpool ceramic top around 7 years old). From the start of our first discussion to the end of the process they did exactly what they said they would do ( time, price and process) I called Sunday, got a visit the same day (diagnostic). The next morning the technician came back with the replacement part and fixed the problem. I could not ask for a better service. Will do business with them again.

Had a washer leak. Technician showed up with young daughter in tow - not very professional. Tech looked inside machine, replaced some filters, cleaned the door, and said it was fixed. Never tested it before leaving. Obviously the leaking continued and the effort was dismally incompetent. How can you not run the machine to find out where the leak is coming from and whether the work was appropriate. Seems like just a clown artist - stay away, save your money. Takes only cash or cheque, no credit cards (so you can't get your money back).

Recently our 12 year old MayTag dishwasher was not working and we were very pleased with the very prompt response to our call to this company. The call was answered after 8 pm and was directed to a service person who was able to come the next day. The repair specialist Mr Khan was very polite and knowledgeable and also very tidy. We are very happy with the installation of a new drainage pump which has solved our problem.

Our Kenmore dishwasher stopped working and would not power up. Contacted Energytech and spoke with a representative who took my information about the machine and then promptly arranged a service call. Phoned at 9:30 am and service technician was at my home by 1:00 pm that day. Very polite, efficient and did not mind my 3 year old watching over his shoulder. Had the repair made in under an hour, tested the machine to make sure it was operating properly. Best service I have ever had from a company. Will use them again and I have recommended them to friends and family. Thanks guys a great experience!

Sam and Nar were very efficient when they repaired my washer. Sam installed my dishwasher was here on time and waited since I was delayed. He came in on a holiday because it was the only day I was available. I'm very pleased with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

We bought a new dishwasher because the old one started falling apart (leaks, broken handle). We thought we could install ourselves after watching a couple videos and reading the instructions. We we able to disconnect the power but then after that, we were confused! Called a few places..Usually we hire contractors from the business we buy the product from (Sears etc), but we had bought the dishwasher via phone and Lowes requires us to physically be at the store to sign a paper to hire the contractors. Anyway, tried calling Sears home installation..no one answered, but I left a message for a call back which the system said they would do since they were busy - no one ever called btw. I also called a "baumler approved" company but they told me I had to hire an electrician first to disconnect, then their plumber would come, then the electrician can come back to finalize! I googled dishwasher installed and found this company, looked here on homestars at the reviews and decided to give them a shot. I'm glad I did! There was no extra charge for coming out on Canada day. The technician was on time, very nice and made sure his work was done properly by testing for leaks after. He also explained to look for leaks over the next few days just in case and to call him if any do appear. He did a fine job installing the dishwasher and I would definitely call them again in the future.

my fridge was not working whole day.evening time i came home after work and fund this problem.I am a new home owner.I was looking for immediate action.So I contacted sears repair but they told me it will take time.I was searching in internet and found energy tech.I contacted evening around 6:15pm. and technician came 9:00pm same day. within half an hour diagnosed my problem and fixed it. the tech was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.I highly recommend this guys.

Washing machine at my rental apartment was't spinning and draining properly. I called EnergyTech. Mr. Sam respond and confirmed appointment within next hour. He came and fix the washer. It is now working smoothly. I am very happy with his customer service and professional workmanship.

I have had multiple people come in and do the installation wrong for this dishwasher. Sam has done an amazing job and now the dishwasher is properly installed. very professional and didn't take too much time. I really like this service and highly recommended.
