My experience with Sam was exceptional from the first time i called, right up until he left our home. Sam was prompt, professional and precise. Explained in great detail what was wrong with our dryer and what may have caused it to fail, provided us with pricing on the parts that were required following day and returned as promised. I placed a call for GE Dryer Switch repair this morning. The serviceman (Khan) arrived soon after my service request. Khan reviewed the problem with me and told me what was needed. He was able to supply the part needed, but I also needed a new console panel, which unfortunately is no longer made by GE (dryer was purchased in 2009). He was able to come up with a solution that did not require a new console panel. I was happy with the solution and this will delay the purchase of a new dryer. Khan is very personable and I am very satisfied. This is the first time I have requested service from this company and it was excellent.

Prompt, Professional Services

I called EnergyTech for help with my fridge / freezer. Mr Khan came to our house and was able to diagnose the issue. He let me know that a part was necessary to properly resolve the problem and once I confirmed we wanted to go ahead with the repair he ordered the part. Mr Khan called to let me know when it arrived and came to do the repair quickly after.
I will definitely call EnergyTech for our appliance needs in the future.

Our fridge wasn't working and everything was starting to melt. Made an appointment and Ray the technician was able to come out same day. very nice guy and seemed like he had a lot of experience because he knew all about my GE Built in fridge. He knew the problem within 20mins and was able to get the control board and repair it in just 2 hours after. Really good company and great technician

Sam did a thorough check of my gas dryer and determined that the starter switch needed to be replaced. He ordered the part and returned a few days later (as we had agreed) and installed the part.

This is the second time I have used this company and was impressed both times with their prompt attention to my request and the professionalism of the technicians.

Gas Stove Hook Up

We recently purchased a gas range and called EnergyTech for an estimate. They responded immediately and provided a cost for the hook up, so we scheduled the work for the next day.
Sam arrived within the 2 hour window and completed the hook up within 40 minutes. All the work was done with professionalism.
I would recommend Energy Tech to anyone for all appliance needs.
