To facilitate the replacement of our gas drier with a new electric one we hired Sam to remove and cap our gas fitting. He completed the job for a very fair price and was prompt, polite and did a great job. I would definitely recommend EnergyTech for future projects!

I bought a new Gas Stove from Sears and used Energy Tech Services to have my stove connected. They did an awesome job. I got same day service and it was excellent. I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and contacts.

My oven failed and within three and a half hours of my calling the Energytech technician Sam was at my door.

The problem was diagnosed within minutes and the part that was needed to fix the oven was in the truck. This has never happened to me before – usually a part has to be ordered

and I’ve had to wait for up to two weeks for it to arrive. Not only that, but Sam also helped me to replace the battery in my fire alarm.

I have a very good experience with energytech and particularly with Mr Khan. On Saturday at 1pm I called energytech asking to fix my leaking washing machine, at 3:30pm Mr Khan arrived with the right part and fixed the machine which was leaking and also the pump was clogged. I also asked him if he can also repair my oven (control panel was not functioning) he had the right parts and was able to fix the oven. For the same oven issue whirlpool service technician didn't fix it even after one month and they charged me $100 service call. I highly recommend energytech and advise avoiding whirlpool technicians.

Our dishwasher stopped working, so we called for someone to come take a look at it. Appointment was scheduled promptly, and we were told that the $70 diagnosis fee would be applied to the labour fee if we decided to do the work. Great.

Tech came over, disconnected everything, and after about 1 hour told us that we needed a part, and he would call back with the cost of the part and labour. He called back the next day to say that the part was going to be $200 plus tax, not available for 3-4 weeks. When I asked him if our initial $70 would be applied to labour costs, he acted as if he didn't know what I was talking about. After some internet research, we found out the part that we need costs about $100 and is available right away.

Not sure if he just didn't want to do the work, or whether they regularly mark up the parts 100%, but we decided to look elsewhere for the repair.

Our fridge stopped working ...no cooling either in the fridge or freezer. The repairman came and changed the relay switch and it didn't work. He then determined it was the circuit board and ordered it immediately. He came on the day he received the board and installed it on a Friday evening. We were very happy with the service received and the especially how quickly they resolved the problem.

Resale home gas oven was broken. I called and within the hour a technician showed up at my house. Sam the awesome technician discovered the problem, a broken wire and weak ignitor. Got the parts on the same day, replaced the wire, and installed a new ignitor. I can now make a turkey this Christmas. THANK YOU! I highly recommend them. Fast, efficient and affordable.

Same day service on a Saturday! We are so pleased with the service we got. More than reasonable pricing given the distance they had to come outside of Toronto. It has been very difficult to find anyone to fix a gas oven so this was a bonus. Of course we will use this wonderful service again.

Tech came the next day and repaired the refrigerator and freezer combo quicky. He explained the issue in a simple and clear way. I would trust him to do repairs again if needed.
