Inspection & repair of Samsung gas range
A technician was scheduled and arrived the morning after I called, right on time. He took less than 10 minutes to diagnose and solve the problem: simply a clogged gas jet under one of the burners. The technician was friendly and honest, didn't charge me extra, and provided helpful advice on avoiding the problem in the future.
While this wasn't a complex technical issue that tested the technician's skill, I'm happy to say that I'm happy with the quality of service, from start to finish. It couldn't have gone better.
