I was very impressed with the service. I called and was able to arrange an appointment that fit with my schedule. Mr. Khan called 30 minutes before arriving and he was right on time. He encouraged me to watch as he did the repairs, explaining everything as he went along. He also ensured that the washer was working correctly and also told me how to ensure correct care of the washer going forward.
