I am not sure what the good reviews are about, this guy took $65 from me to see a video and tell me it's a costly repair. Don't throw your money away. I let the individual know I don't wanna spend more than $100 to repair it as I can buy a new one, he comes back with a $400 quote to repair a Vizio TV. I have lost $65 and will never do this nonsense again.

THE TV 50 INCHES HAS PROBLEM WITH BACK-LIGHT, COST OF PART IS 120$ AND LABOR 79$, I CHOSE THE DROP OFF FOR REDUCE PRICE OF SERVICE CALL BUT IF YOU WANT SERVICE IN HOME, THAT IS OK.
TV HAS GOOD AGAIN LIKE NEW WITHIN 2 DAYS.
I HAVE WARRANTY FOR 6 MONTHS BUT IT HAVE OVER 3 WEEKS THE TV WORK LIKE BRAND NEW .

We paid this guy about 450$ for his service to fix our broken TV and a few days later the tv had the exact same problem again.He said he would order a new piece and come back in a bout 1-2 weeks max and he never came back to fix it.after waiting 5 weeks we told him that we are tired of waiting and that we want a refund just like his website says 90 day money back waranty.he only agreed to refund us 89$.He refused to refund us the full amonut that we paid him for his services about 450$.I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I would not recommend this company to service any electronics. In my experience, it cost me over $ 140.00 and the item is still not fixed. A small home based company, I thought that there would be a ethical obligation to a fellow neighbour. I did not give expressed permission to repair the item once I was contacted with an estimate, I then instructed him that I would let him know if he should proceed . He then called me back next day to say it was fixed much to my surprise and at this point I was obviously obligated to pay the bill. I did so in full upon picking up my property, however only to discover it in fact was not repaired at all. Check into more reputable companies before considering this one.
