Hired this company to redesign our kitchen. we wanted to make our kitchen look bigger, but wasn't exactly sure how to do it. Ms Sun design for us an open concept by breaking down one of the supporting walls and adding extra support. We basically had everything taken out. Ms Sun accompanied with us to choosing all the tiles, cabinets and granite tops. We felt her sincerity in actually wanting to helps us choose the best product without spending out of our budget. All in all, we are quite happy with the outcome and how our kitchen looks.

Hired J and S to renovate the condo we purchased in the 90s. Took out all the floors, tiles and repainted all the walls. There were three washrooms, one kitchen and 3 living rooms which were all redone. Jenny worked with us closely to redesign our home, from colors choices to tiles and floors. She also came up with complete custom designs for our tv panel and posts which were made out of oak. aside from the relatively higher price, we are extremely satisfied with the result and can confidently say that its qualities are worthy to be put in magazines.

Unfortunately, I made a mistake hiring this mama and son company to build my deck. They claim to have the expertise in building homes from ground up, renovations, landscaping, etc. but to my dismay, they cannot even build a simple deck properly. Things looked fine in the beginning but upon doing closer inspection, the quality of work is terrible. For example, floor boards are popping up, the railings are not secured properly. I have tried calling them many times to come back to fix the issues. They came back once, did a quick patch up job and ran away. I tried calling them back to redo their patch up job and they no longer return my calls.

If you happen to come across this company, do yourself a favor, run away just like what they do best and go with another reputable contractor. Don't fall for the owner's sales pitch that she used to be an architect because it's definitely not reflected in their quality of work and customer service.
