Just before Christmas Eve, the washer stopped working w/ a "Drain" & "Intake" fault showing in the display. Krishna took all the details (condo, stacked unit, etc) and explained how the service charge would be adjusted if/ when they carried out any repairs w/ parts. I also liked how all info. is clearly given on their website. Due to the holidays, my appointment was on 4th Jan. between 11 & 3. Even though it started working after a week of not using it (I guess whatever moisture/ suds tripped the alarm dried up?), I didn't cancel in case it became a recurring issue. On the day of, Kevin called about 20 mins. before arrival (just as I was told he would) and well within the given time frame. He came fully prepared, was polite, professional and friendly. He took time to carry out a thorough inspection and all checks incl. running a short wash-drain cycle to diagnose no repair was needed. He left written instructions on how to reset certain faults and even gave tips how to prevent them. It was a pleasure to deal with him and it's great to have their company on file for any future needs.

Kevin was absolutely amazing, his technical knowledge was superior, he is polite, humble and honest! A rarity these days.
He anchored both dishwashers in our office kitchen and thoroughly checked and repaired the one that wasn't working.
The price quoted was very reasonable.

Kevin is knowledgeable and courteous and honest - refreshing today! My 15 year old dishwasher was not working. I was delighted with the service I received from Appliance Service Experts. Kevin is courteous, knowledgeable; an extremely competent repairman. He diagnosed the problem and discussed the possible solutions with me prior to undertaking the repairs. He then proceeded to correct the problems efficiently and ensured that all was working prior to finishing up. (He also paid attention to all items that were destined for the trash and left no mess whatsoever).

Special thanks to Kevin, the service technician who helped us out with our Miele dishwasher. He was honest, super knowledgeable and also gave several tips on how to keep our dishwasher in working order and extend it's life. He was efficient and helpful in letting us know which part to order so that we could replace the part ourselves and save us some money. A very thoughtful gesture that not many companies would suggest. For this reason I have already recommended Kevin and this company to my family and friends. I highly recommend Kevin. He's also a funny guy!

These are good, honest people. This is the second time that I have used this company - first time was in the Spring for a refrigerator. Both times Kevin was the technician. I like to be home whenever there is a repair tech at our house, mostly to get a better understanding of how things work, get answers to any questions that I have, and also to see if I am being taken for a ride. In 16 years as a homeowner I have learned a lot and had only a few bad experiences. Kevin is the kind of tech that you hope gets sent to your house. Clothes washer was not spinning and draining. Technician fixed problem in little time and he was very courteous and professional and honest. Cost was reasonable and would recommend this company. Would use them again in the future.

I had an issue with my fridge which needed to be looked at urgently. An appointment was scheduled with Kevin. He is extremely professional, efficient and most importantly honest. I required a second visit whereby he provided the same great service. Would highly recommend working with him!

Initially, the person who answered the phone was very courteous and called later to tell me that the service person had been held up but would be there asap. When Kevin arrived he was charming, super efficient, and solved the problem with my range. He could have charged much more if he had replaced the igniters with the Viking brand but he offered me the generic brand for much less, so I feel he was very honest. I will be using Appliance Service Experts for all my appliance repairs in the future, as long as Kevin is still there.

We had a Bosch dishwasher that would not drain and we also needed to do a quick fix on an LG washer (hot and cold were reversed). The washer fix only cost $20 but what most impressed me was that the Kevin found a small clog in the dishwasher and because it was so simple did not charge me labour. I have had service guys charge us full labour for the simplest tasks. Kevin took the time to explain to me that I was using the wrong dishwasher tablets and also gave me a tips on improving water efficiency. Finally, although he did not have to he gave me a very important tip for keeping our SubZero fridge and freezer in order....I cannot believe the amazing level of service from him. This is refreshing and noteworthy. I would definitely recommend him and use these services again!
