I had R.A.M install my new gas stove and fridge. That involved setting up the gas line and setting up the ice and water in my fridge. I was very pleased with the work that was done. I shopped around and I found that their prices were competetive. Collin the technician was very professional and took the time needed to answer all my questions . I would definately recommend him to other homeowners.

Colin came in and repaired my stove. Two of the burners were not functioning. He was very professional and diagnosed and repaired the issue very quickly. He had all the necessary parts available in his truck. He explained to me what the issue was, and gave me an estimate before fixing it.

Our 3 year old dishwasher made a lot of noise and took a long time when draining. Colin, took little time in diagnosing the problem and serviced the drain pump, which works just as new now. We would recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repair for the excellent professional service received.

Our flat top stove heat indicator light was broken and they were able to fix it without having to replace the entire unit. In our opinion, that is true customer service and not just making the customer pay extra just for a replacement. The washing machine was leaking and they were able to fix it quickly and efficiently. Honest, professional, courteous service is what we received and will definitely be calling RAM for our future appliance repairs. He even gave us advice on how to keep our fridge running more efficiently.
