Hi there -- I just need to get in touch with this company. Burak came in Dec. and I paid for him to fix my washer ($270) however after he left I realized the problem hadn't been fixed. He came back the next day and said he couldn't fix it and that the difference between what I paid and the visit fee of $70 would be refunded on my card - that hasn't happened yet - please contact me asap.
