Direct Buy wondow/door order nightmare!
Placed an order for one set of exterior double doors, one exterior door, and a bathroom window. Original order was incorrect not 2, not 3, but a total of 4 Times! Ordered over 2 mths ago only to have order arrive WRONG COLOUR! ARE YOU SERIOUS? Does anyone in that joint actually verify orders?
This has totally held up our renovation weeks now.
Would never deal with thus vendor again.

Our apologies Don. We did receive your order on April 18 and placed it into production right away. There were no changes or errors to the actual order as you mentioned.
Perhaps you may be referring to the number of times your quote needed to be revised prior to ordering and this is part of the process which is normal and expected.
Upon delivery on June 7, that is when the two door systems were found to be white instead of in the colour ordered. We do apologize as this was our error.
We took steps to rectify the issue quickly and your doors were delivered to you on June 23rd.
Your window order was received by us weeks after your door order and as they are painted, they will be ready well within the lead time we would have given you which is towards the end of the first week of July.
